Why Has This Bend House Been Sitting on the Market So Long?

You find a beautiful home in Bend. You love the photos. The location looks great. Then you notice it has been on the market for 90 days.

What's wrong with it?

Maybe nothing. But I would love to find out with you!

Longer market times aren't unusual in Bend, particularly at higher price points. In Northwest Bend's 97703 zip code, for example, homes are currently averaging 116 days on the market, with a median of 77 days.*

So a home that appears to have been sitting "forever" may actually be well within the normal range for its particular part of the market.
