She is patient, flexible and persistent taking the time up front to understand your needs and requirements. Because of her easy-going manner and good listening skills, we worked well as a team to find a home that we love. She truly accepted that we needed to take our time to find the right home. She asked thought provoking questions about us to understand our needs. She was not pushy or aggressive simply to complete a sale. As new comers to Bend, she provided very insightful market knowledge for the timeline we were facing and quickly understood the nuances of the homes and neighborhoods we were looking for. We challenged her with many questions and her patience, professionalism and clear communication kept us on the right track. She was available anytime for open houses even working through the holidays. She was in touch often with listings and she never seemed to tire of our frequently changing needs.
